Do you deliver across Ghana?

Yes! We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery within Accra typically takes 1–3 business days. Other regions may take 3–5 business days depending on your location.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount — watch our Instagram @thestud.gh for free delivery promos.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently operate online only, but local pickup in Accra may be available. Send us a message on Instagram or via our Contact page to arrange this.

How can I pay?


We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers — all processed securely at checkout via Paystack.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Paystack, a trusted and encrypted payment platform used across Africa.

What makes flat back earrings different?


Unlike traditional butterfly backs, flat back earrings have a smooth, flat disc that sits flush against the back of your ear. No poking, no snagging, and no discomfort — even after hours of wear.
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes — all Stüd earrings are hypoallergenic. We source earrings made from implant-grade titanium, surgical steel, or 18K gold-plated materials that are gentle on sensitive skin.
Can I wear them to sleep?
Flat back earrings are designed for comfort and many people do sleep in them. However we recommend removing jewelry before bed to extend the life of your pieces.
What sizes are available?
Our earrings come in a range of sizes, from subtle everyday studs to slightly bolder statement pieces. Each product page will clearly state the size and dimensions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


What is your return policy?


We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us via the Contact page or DM us on Instagram to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the item and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
